The trophy of "Top 10 Chinese Patent Agents in 2017"
On November 18th, 2017 Global Intellectual Property Ecology Congress (GIPC), cohosted by IPRdaily and Capital Intellectual Property Services Association, was held in Beijing. As the most influential IP industrial gala, there were over 800 professionals from all over the world, among whom Li Zhong, the deputy director of Beijing Intellectual Property Office, also attended the congress.
GIPC 2017 was divided into main forum, interaction exhibition area, experience area, interview area, 2016 industry report of Chinese IP Agent and gala dinner.
In main forum, Mr. Yonghui ZHAO, IPR Operation Director of North China from Advance China IP Law Office, was invited to make a speech entitled The Situation and Strategy of Overseas Patent Litigation. He pointed out that patent litigation is becoming a tool for commercial competition around the globe, Europe and the United States in particular.
At the gala dinner, a grand award ceremony was held and several awards were unveiled, including Top 10 Chinese Patent Agents, Top 10 Chinese Trademark Agents, IPR Influential Figures, etc. ACIP was listed the Top 10 Chinese Patent Agents in 2017.
