Ms. Lucy ZHENG joined ACIP in 2006 and has been served as a trademark attorney and attorney-at-law since 2007.
Ms. ZHENG specializes in foreign-related trademark registration and protection, she has years of experiences on trademark application home and abroad. Her practices include Madrid international registration, formulation and the safeguarding of trademark right, trademark defensive protection and monitoring, dispute of domain name, Customs protection, Intellectual Property infringement litigation, unfair competition lawsuit, etc. Mastering the trademark legal system and registration procedures for over 200 countries and regions, she has been providing full-range legal services on trademark and other Intellectual Property to help domestic enterprises go global and foreign entities step into China.
