In the year 2000, Mr. LI graduated from Nanchang University with bachelor's degree in Economic Law and joined ACIP soon after graduation.

Mr. Li specializes in the following areas: patent and trademark applications, trademark disputes, trademark review and litigations; protection of trade secrets, proprietary technology and business strategy; unfair competition; manufacturer brand protection; IP infringement litigations and injunction order; customs IP protection; IP protection related to Internet and domain names; drafting of labor contract,  non-competition agreement and confidentiality agreement; drafting of employee handbook and management regulations; negotiations and dispute settlement (mediation, arbitration and litigation) related to employee transfer and employment termination. 

Mr. LI has represented many local companies and organizations (including Guangdong Midea Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., Guangdong Vanward Electric and Gas Co., Ltd.) in their trademark defense and protection in China; Mr. Li has also represented Japanese, Hong Kong and Korean companies in handling IP issues. He has handled multiple labor disputes, including drafting staff regulations for the biggest manufacturer of medicated oil in Asia and providing them with legal advice regarding labor issues. 

Mr. LI has been awarded 'China Trademark Leader' by China Trademark Association. He is also recognized by Guangdong Lawyers Association as a 'Top 10 IP Litigator in Guangdong'.
