Mr. ZENG Minhui is a licensed patent and trademark attorney with substantial experiences in all aspects of patent and trademark-related legal matters, including application, invalidation/opposition, administrative raid action, prosecution and litigation, and customs records.
Mr. ZENG has handled over 2, 000 patent applications and represented IP right holders in more than 100 court proceedings. He has represented many corporate clients including Dongfeng Honda, Hitachi, Guangdong Development Bank, BAK Battery, Gree, Dongguan Furniture Association of China, etc.
Mr. ZENG is chosen as an expert advisor of China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), and has been acknowledged by Guangdong Lawyers Association as an 'Outstanding IP lawyer' .
