Chong HE graduated from the Mechanical and Electrical Department of South China University of Technology in 2003, and joined ACIP in 2005. He is a partner of ACIP, and is in charge of its international patent department.
Mr. HE's practices primarily concern patent/design counseling and prosecution. He works mainly on domestic and international patent drafting, infringement analysis, freedom to operate investigation, invalidation and patent strategy, and focuses on the field of engineering and electronics.
