Ms. LI received her M.S. from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy ofSciences and has practiced in the field of Intellectual Property for over 13years. She worked as an engineer of polymer materials and IP manager in anelectronics company before joining ACIP. She specializes in the drafting andprosecution of patent applications, as well as analysis and opinions for patentinvalidation, in a wide range of technical specialties, including chemistry,machinery, electronics and medical equipment. She has extensive experiences inpatent applications in China, US, Europe, and other countries. She has servedmany clients including Guangzhou Institute of Biomedicine and Health by ChineseAcademy of Sciences, Sun Yat-Sen University, Tencent, Toyota, ResMed, Snap-on,and BioAlliance.
