Sophie Li has practiced in the field of Intellectual Property for over 6 years. In 2008, she received her Bachelor Degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in which she majored in English for International Business Law and discovered her interest in practicing trademark when graduated.
Ms. LI has practiced as trademark attorney over years and is familiar with procedures of trademark registration, change of name/address, assignment, opposition, review, cancellation, invalidation, etc in China as well as trademark international registration.
Ms. LI has also assisted clients in trademark protection against infringement, customs recordal of IP rights, copyright registration, etc.
