| Emily Zhao joined ACIP in 2017. Before joining ACIP, Ms. Zhao had served as an experienced examiner in Patent Office and Reexamination Board of SIPO (now called CNIPA) for eight years and had served as a patent attorney for about five years. Therefore, she has comprehensive knowledge of Chinese Patent law and related proceedings as well as abundant practical experience in the proceedings of patent application, patent reexamination, patent invalidation and litigation in a wide range of technical fields, including machinery, new energy technology, materials science and etc.
