Ms. Carol ZHU joined Advance China IP LawOffice (ACIP) in 2012 and is now responsible for managing ACIP’s foreign patentdocketing department.
Ms. ZHU has over ten years of intellectualproperty practice experience. Prior to joining ACIP, she worked in the IntellectualProperty department, Litigation department and Corporate department of King& Wood. After joining ACIP, she mainly engaged in the field of foreignpatent prosecution and consulting business, and provided professional servicesfor many domestic and foreign clients. Her clients include Tencent, PingAn,Mindray, OPPO and other domestic customers as well as multinational companiessuch as Siemens, Lucent, Bosch and Philips. In addition, she has participatedin trials of patent litigation, research work, and due diligence, translationand intellectual property retainer service for corporate businesses.
