Xin LI was graduatedfrom the HTWK (FH) in Leipzig in Germany majored in Media Computer Science(B.Sc. & M.Sc.). Afterwards, heworked for a trade company as an online-shop designer and a data analyst inGermany and then served for a German company as a WEB front-end designer inChina. In 2014, Mr. Li began to work as a patent engineer before the CNIPA andprovided services specifically for foreign applicants who desire to file patentapplications in China and the domestic clients who desire to file patentapplications in foreign countries. Since2017 he works for ACIP law firm as a patent attorney.
With hisinternational educational background and working experiences, Mr. Li has strongstrength in international IP practice, especially in the areas oftelecommunications, software patents, electronics/circuit technologies.
