Dr. NING received her Ph.D. in molecularbiology and microbiology in Germany before she started her practice as a patentattorney. She provides patent drafting and prosecution services to German andother foreign companies for filing patent applications in China, as well asprovides technical opinions for patents under invalidation in the fields ofmolecular biology, microorganisms, proteins, gene modifications, and the like.
