Mr. Zhi NIE joined Advance China IP Law Office (ACIP) in 2016 and serves as Vice General Manager of innovation department in ACIP.

Mr.NIE has a multidisciplinary educational background incorporating engineering and intellectual property (IP) laws. He has worked in multinational enterprises (Fortune Global 500, Us Patent Ranking Top 20) as well as SMEs. Such valuable working experience has equipped him with extensive knowledge and practice in both R&D and IP management.

Mr. NIE specializes in the field of enterprise IP commercialization, and is familiar with IP strategy counseling, IP management counseling, IP Portfolio, Patent searching and analyzing, Design-around, IP Due Diligence, IP litigation and invalidation.

In addition, Mr. NIE has been deeply engaged in various industries, including IT, IOT, Consumer Electronics, E-cigerate, medical equipment, construction machinery, Vehicle, environmental industry, agricultural machinery, LED and so on. And he has a deep research and abundant experience in IP management in fields such as tourism industry, cultural industry and e-commerce.
