ACIP Attends the 140th INTA Annual Meeting

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is the global association of trademark owners and professionals. It is literally the largest trademark organization in the world, gathering IP practitioners from various countries and foreign enterprises.

 

From May 19th to May 23rd 2018, the 140th Annual Meeting of INTA was held at Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle. Tens of thousands of attendees from over 150 countries gather to celebrate one of the grandest ceremonies of IP circle.

 

This year ACIP sent out delegation of 10 members headed by Mr.Jie HU to attend the meeting.  The delegation conducted extensive communications in the field of trademark and intellectual property with professionals from more than 200 countries and regions and established closer business ties with international IP experts.

We arranged meetings with over 80 partners and colleagues athome and abroad to discuss issues concerning the latest intellectual property development and strategy for international corporations in China, and other related IP topics. During these meetings, we introduced its development, shared and exchanged views with peers in depth and strengthened mutual trust to build greater cooperation.

ACIP hosts reception during INTA annual meeting every year. At the biggest reunions of IP experts this year, ACIP’s reception was held at the Garden Room of Fairmont Hotel. Its classic surroundings, soft music performed by alive band, and the wonderful delicacies give an unforgettable night to our colleagues and friends.
