近日，亚太国际仲裁院东南亚地区代表戴家捷莅临广东华进律师事务所，向本所律师陈熙彤正式颁发亚太国际仲裁院调解员聘书。此次聘任标志着陈熙彤律师在跨境争议解决及多元化纠纷解决领域的专业能力获得国际仲裁机构的进一步认可。

Recently, Mr. Dai Jiajie, Southeast Asia Regional Representative of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), visited  Advance Law Firm and formally presented Ms. Chen Xitong, a lawyer of the Firm, with her appointment letter as a mediator of APIAC. This appointment signifies that Ms. Chen’s professional capabilities in cross-border dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution have been further recognized by an international arbitral institution.

亚太国际仲裁院（Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber，简称“APIAC”）是由各国仲裁专家共同打造的国际仲裁机构集群，目前已在八个国家和地区设立仲裁中心，致力于为各类跨境商事主体提供仲裁、调解及其他替代性争议解决服务。该机构汇聚来自不同法域的仲裁员与调解员，依托多元法律背景与国际化视野，推动构建高效、专业、灵活的争议解决机制，在“一带一路”倡议及区域经贸往来日益频繁的背景下，发挥着日益重要的作用。

The Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC) is an international arbitration institution network jointly established by arbitration experts from multiple jurisdictions. It has established arbitration centers in eight countries and regions, and is dedicated to providing arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution services to cross-border commercial parties. Bringing together arbitrators and mediators from diverse legal backgrounds, APIAC leverages its international perspective to promote the development of efficient, professional, and flexible dispute resolution mechanisms. Against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative and increasingly active regional economic and trade exchanges, APIAC is playing an increasingly significant role.

在聘书颁发过程中，戴家捷代表对陈熙彤律师在跨境争议解决领域的实践经验与专业能力给予高度评价，并表示期待其在未来参与亚太区域商事争议调解工作，为促进国际商事纠纷的高效解决贡献专业力量。

During the presentation ceremony, Mr. Dai Jiajie spoke highly of Ms. Chen Xitong’s practical experience and professional expertise in cross-border dispute resolution, and expressed his expectation that she will actively participate in the mediation of commercial disputes in the Asia-Pacific region, contributing her expertise to the efficient resolution of international commercial disputes.

陈熙彤律师长期专注于国际仲裁与跨境争议解决，熟悉多法域法律规则及国际仲裁实践，曾在美国仲裁协会、香港国际仲裁中心等国际知名仲裁机构主办多起涉外商事争议及跨境电商纠纷案件，积累了丰富的实务经验。此次获聘为亚太国际仲裁院调解员，不仅是对其专业能力的认可，也将进一步拓展其在国际争议解决领域的参与深度与服务范围。

Ms. Chen Xitong has long focused on international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. She is well-versed in the legal frameworks of multiple jurisdictions and international arbitration practice, and has acted in numerous foreign-related commercial disputes and cross-border e-commerce cases before leading arbitral institutions, including the American Arbitration Association and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, thereby accumulating extensive practical experience. Her appointment as a mediator of APIAC not only represents recognition of her professional competence, but will also further expand her involvement and service scope in the field of international dispute resolution.
